從溝通行為發展探討聽覺障礙兒童溝通能力之評估面向

從原來無法表示特定溝通意圖到出現手勢、動作等具有溝通意圖的行為，再發展出第一個有意義的詞彙，我們通常可以將典型兒童溝通行為發展歷程概括分為前語言期和語言期。為奠定聽障兒童未來聽語能力的基礎，本文主要由文獻探討彙整聽覺障礙兒童溝通能力之重要評估面向，並經由十位相關領域的專家學者審查其內容效度，期能作為聽語早療工作者及家長引導學前聽覺障礙學童溝通能力發展的參考。

Typically developing children from birth to grow up almost experience the similar processes ofcommunication behavior development, such as unable to communicate specific intention, appeargestures, movements or other communication intended behavior, and further develop the firstmeaningful word. The developmental periods of the communication behavior can be categorized thepre-linguistic phase and the linguistic one. In order to establish the children's listening and speakingabilities, the paper sorted out the critical items for assessing the hearing impaired children'scommunication abilities through literature review and content validity assessment by 10 experts andscholars in the relative fields.
