With the development of cochlear implant technology, the population of implanted is largerand larger. So that severe hearing loss patients can regain hearing. But there are voice problems inchildren with cochlear implants. Based on cochlear implanted children and normal children output ofsustained vowel / a /, / i /, and / u / acoustic analysis, the extract of the highest frequency, lowestfundamental frequency, fundamental frequency standard deviation, harmonics to noise ratio, duration, jitter, amplitude perturbation and the formant, parameters were managed. The average values of theabove mentioned parameters were compared between the cochlear implant children and the normalchildren. It was found that there were significant differences between the two groups in thefundamental frequency, duration and amplitude. The amplitude of the test group was higher than thatof the control group, and the time length was shorter than that of the control group, and thefundamental frequency was lower than that of the control group. By the difference of the firstharmonic and second harmonic comparison, it is found that children with cochlear implants in vowel duration of output, breathy voice. And the findings of this paper will provide some relevant teachingsuggestions on the speech rehabilitation of cochlear implant children, especially the changes of thevoice quality. |
