Globalization gave birth to Industry 4.0 and IoT-Those who would have grasp the demand and adjust the supply chain in time can stand out! The above trend has expanded from manufacturing to non-manufacturing industries. Looking at the land management literatures, case of applying IoT is absent. Is it either because the behavior does not apply to high technology? Or is there lack of institutional environment? Through the Taipei City Co-development inherited land, landlords integrated actual cases, using the unpublished network expansion version of ePMS provided by Professor Lin of Tam Kang University. This article finds that the key to success traditionally is based on social networks with family relationships. The application of IoT reduces face-to-face opportunities, and the landlord behind the keyboard agrees to more people where they speak freely. Obviously, the above-mentioned improvements are not legal, so we still have to rely on manual mode to operate. Finally, this article puts forward suggestions to assist the IoT application field to expand to more non-manufacturing industries. After all, in addition to need have long distance & real-time there are also external economic and sustainable development benefits such as paperless, reduced transportation trips and lower social costs. These spillover effects are more exciting than using technology by itself. |
