應用羅氏適應模式於一位腦下垂體腫瘤患者之護理經驗

Nursing Experience of Using Roy's Adaptation Model on a Pituitary Tumor Patient

本文旨在探討一位腦下垂體腫瘤患者術前焦慮及術後遭遇尿崩的護理過程，筆者於照護期間95年4月16日至4月27日，運用同理心、陪伴和關懷建立良好護病關係，並以羅氏適應模式為護理概念架構，評估病患並確立健康問題為：焦慮、潛在危險性跌倒及尿崩症照護，針對影響病患適應程度的行為及導因，提供適當護理措施，使病患心理及生理上的不適獲得改善，以及適應返家後尿崩的相關照顧。

This article is to study the nursing process of pituitary tumor patient feeling anxiety in pre-surgery andcontracting diabetes insipidus in post-surgery. The nursing period was from 4/16 to 4/27 in 2006. By usingobservation and direct nursing, performed with empathy, companion, and care to establish a good nursingpatientrelationship. Roy'sAdaptationModel was as used structure of nursing concepts to evaluate the patientand determine the nursing problems. This showed the condition of anxiety, potential danger of falls, and the lackof diabetes insipidus knowledge. According to the behavior and root causes influencing the patient, propernursing process was applied to this case. This improved the patient's mental and physical states, and helpedtake care of diabetes insipidus after returning home. This nursing experience can be a reference for nursingstaff in the future clinical nursing cases.
