電子檔案技術服務中心之發展與成果

Development and Achievement of The Electronic Records Technical Service Center

為了因應日益快速增加的電子檔案種類與數量，預防因為資訊科技快速變遷而可能造成電子檔案無法存取的問題，檔案管理局經過多年規劃與研究，成立電子檔案長期保存實驗室與技術服務中心。本文簡介實驗室與技服中心成立與營運歷程，所提供服務項目，以及目前獲致的成果，期望為我國在電子檔案長期保存方面所做的努力留下見證，以利評估專案執行績效，並做為後續規劃執行之參考。

To cope with the drastically increasing variety and volume of electronic records, and to prevent the problems of inaccessibility of electronic records due to ever changing IT environment, the National Archives Administration of R.O.C. (NAA) has devoted much effort to planning and research, and established the Electronic Records Long-Term Preservation Laboratory and Electronic Records Technical Service Center. In this paper, the development of Laboratory and the service center, as well as their services and achievements are introduced, in hope that the efforts of overcoming electronic records long term preservation problems be tracked, and also can be served as the references for evaluating and performing ongoing project.
