以創新觀點探討國立嘉義大學檔案之應用服務

Exploring Archival Services of National Chaiyi University from the Innovative Viewpoint

本研究以國立嘉義大學的檔案應用為研究對象，採用文獻分析法與個別深度訪談法實際進行研究，研究目的在探討檔案應用之促進。本研究經分析歸納後，依據研究結果提出在檔案應用服務方面，建議：一、校史資料與非現行檔案合併，專人專職管理。二、建立專業人才培訓制度，留住專業人才。三、擴大整合社會資源與建立志工制度。四、擴大檔案推廣應用面向，發揮檔案價值。五、以企業經營創新策略，導入非營利組織之文化創意產業經營模式。在校史經營方面，建議：一、建置獨立的校史管理單位。二、成立校史經營小組。三、設置具專業背景及相關訓練之專職人員。四、明訂校史室任務及功能。五、建立全國交流平台。六、強化校史室在校園的地位與存在價值。

In this research, the application of National Chiayi University's archives was used as the research object; also, the researcher combined documentary analysis with in-depth interview as the research methods to carry out this study. The study concluded five suggestions on the issue of archives application. 1. The historical data should combine with non-existing file and be managed by a full-time administrator. 2. In order to keep the good employees, there should have a good training system. 3. To build up the complete volunteer system and to expand and integrate the social resources. 4. Expanding the usage of archives to maximize its value. 5. The university should adopt the non-profit organization of cultural and creative business model. As for the management of historical data, the researcher also proposed six suggestions. 1. Constructing a separate university historical data management unit. 2. The establishment of an operating team to manage school historical data. 3. Recruit the employees with the professional knowledge and training background. 4. Clarifying the function of the university historical data management unit. 5. The establishment of a national information exchange platform. 6. Strengthening the position and the value of the university historical data management unit in campus.
