臺灣產業經濟檔案數位典藏計畫回顧

Retrospection of Taiwan Government-owned Enterprises Archives Digital Preservation Program

臺灣戰後時期經濟發展與公營事業息息相關，政府以公務機關經營管理，並配合行政法令保護營運市場，因此公營事業之發展可反映出社會及經濟發展過程中，受國家政策影響、事業體營運管理、生產技術與產業間之關聯等面向。有鑑於此，臺灣產業經濟檔案數位典藏計畫即以臺灣產業經濟檔案－公營事業為主題，希經由檔案整理、編排描述及數位化加值等手段，促進檔案之開放，並發揮檔案功能。計畫期程6年（民國96－101年），配合計畫目標、移轉期程及衡酌檔案內容與數量，擬定檔案數位典藏整體架構，逐年排定事業機構辦理檔案審選、編目建檔、數位化及加值應用等作業。

Government-owned enterprises (GOEs) had played important roles in economic development of Taiwan during the postwar period and protected the related markets in terms of administrative regulations. Accordingly, the development of GOEs reflects various perspectives of governmental policies influence, overall operation and management, relations among the production techniques and industries during the processes of economy and society development. This program focuses on the archives of Taiwan Industrial economy attempts to build up value-added content by arrangement, description and digitalization to enlarge the application scope for the public. The six-year program (2007 to 2012) outlines the goals of the archives of Taiwan Industrial Economy, including the transferring schedules, contents and quantities etc. According to the program, archives selection, arrangement and description, digitalization and value-added tasks of archives from various enterprises are performed constantly by years.
