檔案展覽探析──兼論國史館歷年舉辦之展覽

Study on Archives Exhibition: Discussion on the Past Exhibitions Held by the Academia Historica

檔案是機關、團體、企業、事業單位、社會組織和個人在社會實踐活動中直接形成，各種形式有保存價值的歷史紀錄。將館藏根據某種需要，按照一定的主題，有系統的展示和介紹檔案館（典藏單位）內所保存有關檔案的內涵的公開方式，就是檔案展覽。本文旨在探討檔案展覽的理念、形式及重要性，檔案展覽的整體規劃與執行，並探析國史館歷年舉辦之各項檔案展覽、過程及前瞻未來，以供參考借鏡。

Archives are made up of records which have been created during the course of an individual or organization's social action. Archives may be generated by large organizations such as corporations, enterprises, public institutions and governments. In general, an archive consists of historical records which have been selected and worthy of permanent or long-term preservation. Archives exhibition displays the special collections publicly and systematically according to a certain theme or certain need. This paper aims to explore the ideas, styles, importance, planning and execution of archive exhibition, also to discuss the exhibitions held by the Academia Historica, and provide some suggestion for the future exhibitions development and implementation.
