辦公室電子文件長期保存格式之探討

Study on Preservation of Office e-Document Formats

本文主要在探討辦公室電子文件長期保存格式之選擇。長期保存除了開放標準外，相容性、互通性也很重要。本研究透過分別支援ODF和OOX的辦公室套裝軟體實際對文字檔、試算表和簡報檔進行實驗觀察及比較分析，發現其間仍有所差異，在相容性方面上尚存在一些問題。

This article is aimed to discuss the effects on the selection of office e-document long-term preservation format. The long-term preservation criteria of office e-document formats are not only to follow open standard but also to consider compatibility and interoperability. This study has made analytic comparison with some of ODP and OOX format -supported office pack ages by keeping plain text, spreadsheet and briefing formats under experimental observation. We also discovered intrinsic characteristic differences between OOX and ODP. Apparently, it is evitable to exist some unsolved compatibility within the two formats.
