Experimental Evaluation and Outlook for Electronic Official Records Pilot Project

電子檔案管理是檔案管理局目前最積極研究的重要議題，先後進行多項研究專案，制定相關法規，舉辦研討會，開發設計資訊系統，辦理電子公文檔案管理系統試辦計畫，目前已完成第一階段線上簽核電子公文檔案之真實性、完整性驗證，本文就試辦計畫執行過程、遭遇問題，進行評析，提出因應措施，並就未來發展方向提出看法。

Electronic Record Management (ERM) is one of the most important research issue of National Archives Administration. We had conducted various special projects on ERM, enacted related rules, held symposiums, developed and designed information systems. Now we are conducting a pilot project of Electronic Offical Records. Currently the first step of the pilot project, the integrity verification and authenticity verification of the Electronic Offical Records Online approval, has finished. This article will discuss the procedures and problems in regard to the project, and provide recommendations together with its outlook.
