The Linkage Between Records Management and Knowledge Management: The Introduction of the Electronic Records Management of Canada

鑒於電子檔案管理為各國政府最重要的課題之一，本文乃參酌加拿大政府在電子檔案管理之計畫、構想及作為上，對電子檔案管理與知識管理之關聯性進行初步的探討，以為我國電子檔案管理做法之參考。

Electronic records management is the essential issue of all governments. Based on the electronic records management of Canada this paper investigates the linkage between knowledge management and records management. Moreover, this report gives some suggestions of electronic records management for government agencies in Taiwan.
