本文就數位典藏內容加值應用服務層面，探討規劃建立聯合目錄服務中心構想、聯合目錄與數位版權管理相關技術，以活絡藝文數位內容流通，營造數位內容產業交易環境。

This paper aims to explore issues of planning digital union catalogue service center, digital copyright management in terms of value-added application service of the digital preservation content. We will outline the current problems for application of the digital contents in Taiwan, and propose some suggestions to resolve these problems.
