檔案參考服務──以中研院近史所檔案館為例

Archives Reference Service: A Case Study of the Archives of the Institute of Modern History, Academia Sinica

近幾年來，由於「檔案法」的公佈，檔案開放腳步增快，在檔案的提供使用上，勢必越來越重視「使用者」導向的觀念。檔案館參服務並非一成不變的，會隨著環境變化與技術的發展而調整及應變。本文探討各項館參服務、國內外檔案館及中央研究院近代史研究所檔案館之館參服務之概況。

The proclamation of the Archives Act recently has accelerated the speed of archives' access. The conception of“users concerned”is more and more important on archives providing and using. Therefore, archives reference services are flexible, they are adjusted along with environmental changing and technical developments. This article discusses the kinds of reference services individually, and their general situations in domestic archives, foreign archives, and the Archives of the Institute of Modern History, Academia Sinica.
