Care of the Patients with Implantable Cardioverter Defibrillator

植入性心律去顫器(Implantable Cardioverter Defibrillator,ICD)的裝置可有效的減少猝死的發生。本文主要介紹ICD的演進、適應症、禁忌症和併發症，裝置前後護理及出院後長期的照護。希望可提供護理人員照護裝置ICD病患的知識，進而提昇照護品質。

It has been shown that implantation of implantable cardioverter defibrillator can effectively reduce the incidence of sudden death. This article introduces the improvement of implantable cardioverter defibrillator and the indication, contraindication, complication before and after care and long-term care for implantable caredioverter defibrillator implants. We hope this article can provide some new information for the nursing care to improve the quality of care.
