Nursing Care of the Patients with Brugada Syndrome

年輕男性猝死的不定時炸彈-“Brugada氏症候群”，患者常因突然的心悸、暈倒而數次進出醫院。目前Brugada氏症候群尚無有效的藥物可以治療，唯一治療方法是植入「體內自動整律去顫器」，患者如果發生心律不整，將自動感應並旋以電擊以避免猝死。本文簡介Brugada氏症候群及相關護理措施。

Brugada Syndrome manifests with syncopy and cardiac arrest, typically occurring in the third and fourth decade of life. Currently, implantable cardioverter defibrillator (ICD) implantation proves to be the only effective therapy in preventing sudden death for patients with Brugada Syndrome. This is a brief review of the Brugada Syndrome and clinical nursing guidelines.
