食道穿孔病患的護理

食道穿孔為較罕見亦是消化器穿孔中最危及生命的損傷。其臨床徵候多樣性且令人困感，不易早期診斷，使得處置困難死亡率高。本文就臨床經驗及收集相關資料，主要護理重點包括：完整的身體評估、穩定生命徵象、肺部物理治療、疼痛治療、控制感染措施、營養支持及心理支持。希望使此種罕見卻必須付出龐大社會成本的疾病能早期診斷及早期治療，並經由整體的護理照顧能有最好的預後。

Esophangeal perforation is rare, but life threatening, The clinical signs are variable and confusing. The management of this situation is difficult in the early stages, The mortality rate is also high As with our clinical experience and relative data, we presented a nursing care protocol including a complete physical assessment, vital sigh surveillance, chest physical therapy, pain control, infection control, nutrition support and mental support, space etc. The purpose of this study is to achieve early detection and early treatment of this rare but deadly condition and to get the best prognosis by using this nursing care protocol.
