Esophangeal perforation is rare, but life threatening, The clinical signs are variable and confusing. The management of this situation is difficult in the early stages, The mortality rate is also high As with our clinical experience and relative data, we presented a nursing care protocol including a complete physical assessment, vital sigh surveillance, chest physical therapy, pain control, infection control, nutrition support and mental support, space etc. The purpose of this study is to achieve early detection and early treatment of this rare but deadly condition and to get the best prognosis by using this nursing care protocol. |
