當代國際安全理論中的主權意涵

Interpreting Sovereignty in Contemporary Security Theories

本論文的目的，是提出以「主權」此一概念來協助學者重新檢視安全概念的本質。本文藉由對當代國際安全理論的介紹，整理出主權與安全之間的關係，再進一步論述主權概念如何協助我們理解非傳統安全理論的主要觀點。論文第一部份是國際安全理論的發展趨勢，以及各主要理論的觀點。論文的第二部份將進一步分析主權的意涵，以及主權對理解安全的重要性。論文最後將藉由對主權的論述，發展出一個具批判性但能有助於安全學界理解當代國際政治邏輯的研究架構

The purpose of this paper is to use the concept of sovereignty to examine the nature of security in security studies. Focus will be placed on introduction of new approaches in security studies, the connection between security and sovereignty, and how security may serve as means to reduce gap between various critical approaches in the security field. With such discussions the author attempts to develop a new analytical framework to interpret the developments of contemporary world politics.
