Habitual domains is a theory used to describe the workings of the mind, asserting that there are many circuit patterns in the brain that unconsciously influence humans’ behavior and using tools of habitual domains to alter the circuit patterns can improve humans’ behavior. This paper, based on the theory of habitual domains, analyzes a case of English learning frustration of a student of a junior college of medicine, nursing and management, and finds out the student’s circuit patterns, actual domains, reachable domain of English learning, and then finds appropriate tools from habitual domains tool boxes for the student to apply. Consequently, the student improved her English learning. |
