Professional Ethic: The Basis of Legal Professional Community

法律職業共同體作為虛擬概念的“想象共同體”，其成員具備相近的職業身份、職業技能、職業目標，更重要的是相似的職業精神和職業信仰。法律職業倫理是法律職業共同體在意識形態上的體現，致力於構建可被遵循的道德規範和道德原則，依靠其對共同體內部強大的凝聚力來維系“共同”的關系。法律職業倫理是法律職業共同體良好社會地位的有效保證，也是構築司法公信力的必然要求。相反的，法律職業倫理的缺失則會直接引起共同體的失信危機，法律權威可能受到質疑，穩定的社會秩序就此被打破。法律職業共同體所有成員在遵循崇尚正義、信仰法律、保持獨立等共同職業倫理外，基於具體角色和分工的不同，其各自應遵循的倫理規範在共識的基礎上存在著差異。

The legal professional community，known as a virtual concept of “imagined community”，composed with members who have similar professional identities，skills，and goals.Moreover，those members also share comparable professionalism and occupational conviction.The legal professional ethic is an ideological embodiment of the legal professional community，which devotes itself to building the code of ethics and moral principles that can be followed，and relies on its powerful cohesion inside the community to maintain the “common” relationship.The legal professional ethics are effective guarantees for the good social status of legal professional community; also，it is the inevitable requirement for the construct of judicial credibility.Conversely，the lack of legal professional ethic would trigger directly a crisis of credit loss in the community，causing the suspicious about the community from the mass and the fracture of stable social order .While all members of the legal professional community are complying with the common ethics of advocating justice，beliefing in law and remaining independent，there are also differences of the ethical principals due to their different specific roles and division of work.
