At the age of internet, “digital learning” is a popular way for corporations to improve efficiency. However, there are many problems during its development. For example, how to change the enterprise’s culture, prevent hacker attacks and use digital learning system properly. Nowadays, more and more corporations have introduced digital learning to reduce cost through websites and mobile phone applications. When the enterprise starts to introduce digital learning, employees may hold different opinions. The purpose of this study focuses on the reaction types of employees. The Q method has been used to collect and analyze data, and a total of 23 participants were selected. According to the results, the digital learning culture perception types of employees are categorized into five types including pursuing trenders, proactive initiators, competent leader, utilitarian rewarder and stable developer. Identifying these digital learning culture perception types of employees can help managers go further to promote and use it. |
