In recent years, integrating digital earning with Augment Reality (AR) technology has been a promising research direction in education area; however, learner’s learning achievement may be deteriorated by poor AR design or low learning retention in nonsupervised environment. In order to understand what the critical factors could improve learning achievement and learning motivation in e-learning system through AR. This study utilized the perspective of user experience to explore the critical factors. This paper proposed an extension model that integrated information system success model and expectation-confirmation model, and established the prototype e-learning system architecture to conduct related experimental analysis and hypothesis validation in further steps. Besides information quality factor, the results of this study present that there are positive influences on each construct.
