Based on the First Compilation of the Qing Dynasty's Jueju-style Critiques for Ci-poems, this paper aims to analyze Qing people's "Jueju-style Critiques" for Wang Yi-sun's Ci, discussing the advantages and disadvantages of the various viewpoints. Also, quotation from Ci Hua, the prefaces of some Ci anthologies, and critiques of Ci are used as supplementary resources for the analysis. This article is composed of four key points. First, Wang Yi-sun's Ci inherits the style of Jiang Kui, showing superior talent. Second, Wang Yi-sun's Ci-poems, whose theme is chanting the beauty of certain objects, are popularly discussed and compared by the critics of Ci. Third, Wang Yi-sun 's nostalgia in his Ci-poems deeply touches his reader. Fourth, the talent and elegance revealed in Wang Yi-sun's Ci-poems are still influencing the Ci poets after him. |
