This study aimed to analyze the challenges of educational reform and to suggest the need of alternative education in the South of Taiwan. Three results are brought up in the present study. First, the educational philosophy and ways of school design are doubted, and therefore the alternative education can be proposed for educational reform. Secondly, because the educational development shows the rural-urban and north-south disparity, the equality in education must be the target of educational reform. Finally, the development of alternative education exhibits a slow-moving in the South of Taiwan and therefore need to speed up the reform action. |
