Cross-border governance has become the new governance model, the purpose, is to achieve 'good governance'. In this study, the decision-making across process in the new model of urban governance theory and us application research, will discussed using secondary data. They include cross-border cooperation with other stakeholders, and the need to share power and resources. Local public affairs issues such as environmental protection, water resources, transportation and other basic infrastructure, are in urgent need of cooperation and collaboration between local governments, case studies from this study may propose new urban governance practice for local governments. |
