The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of make-up, apparel, luxuries involvement in workplace on the development of an individual's spiritual through three hypotheses based on the conceptual model in the study.Based on previous studies, a questionnaire was employed to measure the constructs in the conceptual model, and survey subjects aimed at on-the-job undergraduate students in universities. After data collection, SPSS was adopted to analyze data, including reliability and validity of the instrument, descriptive analysis, difference comparison, correlation analysis, and a multiple regression. Implications for research and practice were also discussed, and future research was provided.Based on data analysis of 218 usable questionnaires, findings indicated that correlations between make-up, apparel, and luxuries involvement were medium. Moreover, the healthier individual was, the happier and the higher the degree of individual's achievement and life fulfillment was. The happier individual was, the higher the degree of individual's achievement and life fulfillment was. |
