國家圖書館海外展覽之策劃與實踐探討以泰國、馬來西亞展覽為例

Curation of NCL Overseas Exhibitions: Taking Exhibitions in Thailand and Malaysia as Case Studies

圖書館展覽作為促進國際交流的策略越來越受到重視，本文探討國家圖書館海外展覽之策劃與實踐。先透過圖書館及博物館展覽文獻回顧，歸納過往研究肯定展覽有助於圖書館發揮五大面向之功能。其次，聚焦探討國家圖書館「國際交流」及「推動臺灣漢學」框架下之海外展覽，說明展覽之源起脈絡；以泰國展及馬來西亞展為研究個案，梳理圖書館海外展覽之策展六步驟，作為未來規劃新展覽之參考。最後，從展覽、圖書館、國家三個層面總結提出建議：（一）海外展覽規劃需循序漸進，建議投入展覽滿意度及觀眾研究之調查。（二）圖書館海外展可增進社會資源的連結及串聯，建議可提早規劃與我國跨部門駐外單位合作。（三）國圖海外展覽為務實的文化外交經驗，也是外國人短時間認識臺灣文化的好媒介，建議研擬海外展覽宣傳作法，提高我國國際能見度及影響力。

Library exhibitions have gradually become an emerging research field nowadays. This paper starts with the basic definitions and characteristics of library exhibitions, and discusses their roles and functions under the framework of 'International Exchange' and 'Promoting Chinese studies in Taiwan'. Two overseas exhibitions of NCL in Thailand and Malaysia are examined as case studies to reflect on the challenges and applying strategies in the curatorial practice. It summarizes the six steps of curating the library overseas exhibitions. In conclusion, suggestions were made for the library overseas exhibitions from the three levels in terms of exhibition, library and country.
