我國原住民族具有豐富獨特的表演藝術與文化,亟需專業人才以發展表演藝術文化產業,但原住民表演藝術高等教育機制卻顯著不足。本研究以國立臺灣藝術大學推廣教育中心承辦新北市原住民族表演藝術專業人才培育計畫為案例,透過質性研究方法,探討藝術類大學推廣教育機制在原住民族表演藝術人才培育上的可行模式、課題,以及需因應改善的策略。本研究發現,推廣教育機制可整合大學多元豐富的教學資源,透過表演藝術專業課程與工作坊,提供多元且具彈性的專業人才培育模式,以彌補原住民在表演藝術專業領域受教機會的不足,協助其精進表演藝術專業能力,實踐表演藝術專業生涯的理想。 |
英文摘要 |
Taiwan's Aboriginal tribes contain abundant performing arts and cultures with unique characteristics. Professional of performing arts play significant role for developing performing arts industry. However higher education in Aboriginal performing arts was inadequate in Taiwan. This study explores how the Extension Education Center of the National Taiwan University of Arts provided performing arts professional cultivation for Aborigines. Through qualitative research approaches, the strategies, effectiveness and issues of the study cases were explored and explained in details. The study found that extension education center as a university institution with profound flexibility to incorporate various departments and resources of university would provide performing arts professional cultivation for Aborigines. This could provide those who are inaccessible to professional education with chances to improve their professional of performing arts. |
