This study aims to explore the views of staff of ''the Indigenous Family Service Centre (IFSC)'' toward the profiles, relationships and changes regarding team-working of ''organization-based team'' and ''project-based team'', and proposing suggestions for the IFSC's team working according to the analyses. The study used ''the effective team scale'' (40 items) as measurement tools to investigate the operational status of team in the IFSCs. This study conducted census method to interview all staff of 62 IFSCs in Taiwan, and finally completed 117 valid questionnaires of 48 IFSCs. This study found that there is a significant gap between ''organization-based team'' and ''project-based team'' in many team-working aspects, and there is also a significant correlation between the various aspects of the team. The various team aspects of ''organization-based team'' can effectively predict team performance of ''project-based team''. Likewise, the ''project-based team'' can also effectively predict team performance of ''organization-based team''. Based on the research results, discussion and analyses, this study proposes some relevant suggestions from policy side and practice side to help promoting service functions of the IFSCs. |
