Children Without Behavior Problems: General Education Teachers' Journey of The Function Behavior Assessment

本研究目的是根據學生在課堂上不專注行為的實際狀況，來提供能讓普通班老師便於使用且容易理解的功能性評量方式，以本研究中的小樹（化名）的不專注行為作為實際的示範，說明普通老師如何在兼顧整體班級和授課管理的狀況下，對學生的行為問題作更深入了解。在結論部分，是完成功能評量以後，以教學和課程調整為出發點，構想對於學生行為問題的介入策略。最後在建議部分，則是希望老師關注在普通班學生的個別差異性。

The goal of this research is to provide an easy way in finding the key of child's behavior problems. Through a real case in distracting behavior, a general teacher can understand how to do functional behavioral assessment and finally understand what's wrong with his/her student. In conclusion, we provide methods of curriculum and teaching accommodation after functional behavioral assessment. Finally, we suggest that teacher can decrease his/her students' behavior problems by focusing on individual difference.
