本文旨在介紹國立臺南第一高級中學資優教育之推行概況與亮點。透過實地參訪臺南一中、訪問資優班導師、任課老師、以及學生,來了解資優班任課老師眼中的資優生,以及資優生如何看待學校為他們規劃的資優教育服務。本文後半分析該校資優教育優勢、與當今面臨之挑戰,最後提出建言,盼在政策面與學校執行面皆能有完善的配套措施,共同提升資優教育服務的品質,培養為國家社稷服務之傑出人才。
This article introduces the implementation of gifted education in National Tainan First Senior High School (TNFSH). TNFSH has all male language gifted class and mathematically gifted class. Through field study and survey, and interviews with teachers, gifted students, and school administrators in charge of gifted education, the authors look into the implementation, the highlights, the advantages as well as the challenges that TNFSH's gifted education is faced with amidst this transitional phase of national curriculum reform despite its already outstanding reputation in gifted education nationwide. The interviews include discussions on how teachers of the gifted class view their students and how gifted students perceive gifted programs provided by the school. At the end of this article, with a view to tackling the challenges and upgrading the overall quality of gifted education in Taiwan, the authors propose several suggestions in terms of gifted education practice in school and in policy so that talents will be properly discovered and developed under the professional guidance of certified educators in school. |
