硼酸及其鹽類因毒性較高,世界各國多禁用為食品添加物,但在本局中檢站過去所做的調查中1172年度抽驗397件中檢出10件,檢出率為2.52%,農產食品中檢出率為5%,73年度抽驗350件中檢出27件,檢出率為7.71%,但農產食品中檢出率達12.34%,為了解其違法使用情形是否改善,乃於74年4月~5月,在同一地區即苗栗縣、台中縣、台中市、南投縣、彰化縣、雲林縣等六縣市的市場,選購96件過去經常檢出摻用硼砂的農產食品,及市面上行銷數量大的便當米飯100件,此水產、畜產食品各2件,共計200件檢體,以薑黃試紙定性法檢驗,結果米飯100件及畜產食品2件均未檢出,農產食品96件則檢出9件,占9.4%,水產食品中檢出1件。各縣市的檢出率(表一),依序為南投縣35.34%,苗栗縣12.5%,雲林縣6.3%,台中市5.9%,台中縣與彰化縣均未檢出。依食品種類及其檢出情形(表二),可知農產食品中的油麵檢出率最高,佔75%,其次為碗棵27.3%,鹹稞14.3%,米台目5.6%,冰果用脆圓4%。由此次調查結果顯示違規使用情形未見改善,為了維護消費者的健康,地方衛生管理機關宜加強督導。
In an attempt to understand the status of Boric Acid and Borate in marketed foods, 200 samples were surveyed. Among the samples selected, 100 were from the marked foods which were previous found to contain boric acid & borate, 100 samples are from cooked rice from various counties in central Taiwan area. Samples were analyzed qualitatively by curcumin test paper method. No boric acid or borate were found in the cooked rice samples while both were found in 10 of the marketed foods. |
