台灣一年四季盛產蕃石榴,國民消費量非常大,是否有攤販使用漂白劑亞硫酸鹽浸泡新鮮蕃石榴?致使蕃石榴萃深綠色的外皮顯得微黃綠色,使外觀較成熟,較具商品價值,因關係國民健康,實有調查的必要。為了解市售蕃石榴使用亞硫酸鹽漂白的情形,於民國七十四年八月至九月及十月至十一月間分二梯次,在全省各縣市鬧區附近,如市場,車站、寺廟、電影院等場所的水果店及攤販,以隨機方式抽購新鮮蕃石榴檢體共200件,依據72.10.6.衛署食字第445266號公告方法檢驗其二氧化硫殘留的情形。結果並未檢出任何二氧化硫殘留。
In order to survey the status of sulfite bleaching agents added on the fresh unprocessed guava in season, 200 samples of fresh guava were purchased randomly from various markets in Taiwan area from August to November, 1985. The sulfur dioxide residues in the guavas were analyzed by literature methods and the results showed that no guava contain any sulfur dioxide; indicating absence of sulfite bleaching agent. |
