本調查為了瞭解兒童食品中著色劑劑添加的情況,在73年10月至74年4月期間從台灣省各地區市面隨機取樣五百件,依據行政院衛生署公告之食品中煤焦色素檢驗法加以分析調查,結果發現13件使用規定外著色劑,占2.6%,其中台中市、彰化縣、嘉義縣、台南市各2件,台北縣、桃園縣、苗栗縣、南投縣、台南縣各1件。若依食品種類來區分,則在434件糖巢檢體中有2件(0.5%)在66件果實加工類中有11件(16.7%),如表一。違法的2件糖巢類檢體係添加Rhodamine B,規定外紅色色素及規定外藍色色素,另11件果實加工類檢體則係添加Rhodamine B,規定外橙色色素及規定外綠色色素。如表二。本次調查較之本局七十二年度台灣地區進口食品類使用著色劑之調查所添|加不符規定色素,在種類上除未使用Amaranth之外,發現兒童食品使用規定外紅色色素、藍色色素、綠色色素、橙色色素及Rhodamine B很普遍,在百分比上雖較七十二年度調查結果的3.83%為低,然而果實加工類所使用非法定著色劑的比率卻很高,實在值得有關業者警惕。
In order to understand the status of addition of color additives in children food, 500 samples were selected randomly from all over the Island. Non-permitted color additives were found in 13 samples (2.6% of 500 samples) including 2 in 434 candy samples (0.5%) and 11 in 66 fruit products (16.7%). Rhodamine B, non-per mitted red color and blue color were detected in 2 candy samples, 11 fruit products were added with non-permitted orange color, green color and Rhodamine B (table 2). The results showed that the percentage of illegal color additives in children food were alarmingly high. |
