河川、湖泊,海洋常為污染物匯集之所,且水生物具污染物生物濃縮之效應。多氯聯苯為環境污染物之一,根據調查,魚類所含多氯聯苯較其他食品為高,民國69年董大成教授之調查更顯示烏魚子之多氯聯苯含量為魚類食品之首,高達2000ppb,為實際瞭解市售烏魚子多氯聯苯污染情形並依衛生署之指示,進行本調查。本調查於73年12月間於台北市抽驗23件檢體,除依衛生署公告之食品中多氯聯苯之暫行檢驗方法檢驗「其多氯聯苯含量外並以鹽酸分解,乙醛萃取,測其含脂量。檢驗結果,多氯聯苯之含量如表一,其含量範圍以全乾重計為20.8ppb至686.3ppb,平均含量為159.3ppb,以含脂量計110.1ppb至3729.9ppb,平均含量為742.2mb。本調查與本局於民國七十一年至七十三年所作之調查結果比較34,如表二,烏魚子之多氯聯苯含量似較前調查報告之一般食品如豬肉、鵝肉、鵝蛋、肉製品、牛肉、乳製品、人造奶油及一般魚類所含者為高,然烏魚子係乾製而非大量消耗之食品,且含量亦不超過我國食品中多氯聯苯限量暫行標準所規定之1000ppb,故不致於引起一般消費者之疑慮。
We have determined the polychlorinated biphenyl (CPB) contaimination in 23 samples of mullet roe purchased from the markets all over the island. The contamination of PCB detected in mullet roe was in the range of 20.8 ppb-686.3 ppb. The precentage of samples contaiminated with PCB below 50 ppb was 30.4. The percentage of samples contaminated with PCB between 50 ppb and 100 ppb was 26.1. The percentage of samples contaiminated with PCB between 100 ppb and 500 ppb was 34.8. The percentage of samples contaiminated with PCB alove 500 ppb is 5.7. 8.7% of samples failed to meet the hygenic standard of PCB content in foods. |
