食品藥物管理署(下稱食藥署)依據食品安全衛生管理法,推動食品業者衛生安全管理系統驗證,確保食品業者落實自主管理制度,達到政府強化食品安全之政策目標。依據食品衛生安全管理系統驗證機構認證及驗證管理辦法,以具工廠登記10類製造業,包括罐頭食品製造業、食品添加物製造業、特殊營養品製造業、乳品加工食品業及資本額3000萬以上之食用油脂製造業、澱粉、麵粉、糖、鹽、醬油等,共計有496家業者應強制執行食品衛生安全管理系統驗證。經統計分析,約有92%之業者通過驗證,與105年相比驗證通過率仍維持穩定,表示上述業者於基本食品安全衛生管理上皆有相對之水準,惟驗證未通過之缺失,如廠區殺菌管制因子與相關儀器操作人員管理等無法確認其有效性時,則會對食品安全產生重大影響,為衛生單位持續關注及業者需精進改善之重點。
In order to ensure the implementation of self-management system by food business, Taiwan Food and Drug Administration promotes the certification of the management system for food safety and sanitation for manufacturers. According to the Accreditation Of Certification Body And Sanitation And Safety Control Of Food Businesses Of Certification Regulations the announcements were applied to canned food products, special nutrient foods, dairy products, and food additive industries. Ten manufacturing businesses with capital more than 30 million NT dollars, including edible oil, sugar, salt, flour, starch and soy sauce industries, are also required for certification. By the end of 2017, 496 certification audits were carried out. The passing rate of the certification (over 90%) remained stable compared with 2016, indicating that the industries maintained a good standard for food safety and health management. However, there is an influential impact on food safety if the certification fails. The sanitation unit and the industries should pay attention to the timeliness, such as in factory sterilization or management of facility operators. |
