The globalization of economy has somewhat changed the regulation methods of employment relation, and the extraterritorial application of labor and employment laws becomes inevitable via various approaches. It poses a challenge to the traditional idea of the state-centralization of labor and employment law and gives rise to some conflicts at law, political and diplomatic level among certain countries.
