由於土木工程所需的施作項目大多有著重複性高且工作環境危險,所以我們將加入工業機器人,將一些重複性高且危險性高的工作,使用工業機器人協助下讓我們達到安全、經濟及便利。本研究將針對垂直搬運這個高風險的工作,設計一個垂直搬運的機器人,此機器人可以使用工地現地既有的電梯井來設計此機器人,當然也可額外設計簡易電梯井,讓工人在施作時不用再自行搬運物品,有效提高安全及降低工安意外的發生。
Civil engineering projects mostly contain a high repeatability and hazardous working environment. The objective of this study is to develop an industrial robot to provide a secured, economic, and convenient working environment. A vertical handling robot is established to reduce risks of handling vertical material movement. An additional simple shaft is designed, so that workers in facilities no longer need to carry their own goods, which improves safety and reduces industrial safety accidents. |
