粉光為混凝土地坪必須施作之作業,然而,人工的粉光作業耗時、費力且動作重複性高,因此,此作業特性適合機器人施作。本研究目的為開發水泥粉光機器人,此機器人可以高效率且精確的完成辦公室、廠房、停車場等大面積地坪粉光,期盼能做到機器人的獨立施作,大幅節省粉光作業所需之人力及時間。
Concrete surface finishing is a necessary process for pouring concrete floor. However, it is a labor-requiring, time-consuming, and repetitive-procedure activity, which is appropriate to be carried out using robots. The primary objective of this study is to develop a concrete surface finishing robot. The robot could effectively and precisely finish large scale concrete surfaces, such as those in office building, factory, and parking lot. The proposed idea can independently finish concrete surface and therefore saving time, labor, and costs required for concrete surface finishing. |
