本研究以質性研究方法的紮根理論分析台灣造紙企業導入供應鏈管理的動機與目的。供應鏈管理為整合供應商至最終購買者企業流程之概念,而將其導入的企業之競爭態勢將大幅提昇;但現今台灣造紙企業實施供應鏈管理者甚少,且對造紙企業導入供應鏈管理的相關研究亦無,故需以質性研究方法進行個案深入之剖析,並以紮根理論建立造紙產業適合之模式。研究結果顯示,台灣造紙企業導入供應鏈之動機為企業本身對流程整合產生需求、企業經營者了解企業流程必須整合之外在趨勢、受其他產業實施結果之影響及可接受供應鏈管理等因素;而其目的主要有降低營運成本,進而增加企業利潤且使顧客滿意度提昇。
This research used grounded theory to analyze the motives and purposes that Taiwanese paper-making company engaged in supply chain management for. Supply chain management is a concept that can be used to integrate from supplier to purchaser. The competition state of the company that engaged in supply chain management will enhance. Because the companies that engaged in supply chain management were few and there were no related research about it, we used the qualitative research method to investigate deeply and to modal that suited for the papermaking company. The findings of this research were described as follows: The motives of adopting the supply chain management by the papermaking company were that the company's need for the process integration, the owner knew the outer trend - the integration of process, the owner was influenced by the achievement from other industries and the owner accessed the new managerial knowledge - supply chain management. And the reducing cost, increasing profits and increasing customer satisfaction were their main purposes. |
