塗裝處理對台灣商用木質地板性質之影響

Effects of Finishing Treatment on the Properties of Commercial Wood Flooring in Taiwan

本報告旨在研究十種經塗裝後的商用地板木材之機械及物理性質，並與未塗裝的商用地扳木材比較，其中機械及物理性質包括靜曲強度、硬度、磨耗性質及吸濕性。結果顯示除了磨耗性質外，其他性質皆不因塗裝於商用地板木材的表面而有明顯的改善。 PThe object of this study was to investigate the physical and mechanical properties of commercial finished wood flooring often different wood species, and the properties were compared to that of commercial unfinished wood flooring. The physical and mechanical properties of commercial finished wood flooring were determined by following test: static bending, hardness, abrasion resistance and adsorption behavior. All the properties but abrasion resistance were not significantly improved.
