本研究旨在探討部落行動教室訓練成效評估,以參加部落行動教室的學員為調查對象,採全面普查方式進行問卷調查,回收有效問卷347 份,並利用敘述性統計分析、獨立樣本t 檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差分析、迴歸分析等方法,進行資料彙整與統計分析。研究結果顯示,研究所以上者對「人員品質」顯著大於國小、非具備原住民身份者對「人員品質」、「課程規劃」、「才能增進」顯著大於原住民身份者、非居住當地者對「整體滿意度」顯著大於居住當地者;「人員品質」、「課程規劃」、「才能增進」相互間具正向相關;「課程安排」、「課程實用性」、「地點安排」、「工作人員態度」與「講師表達技巧」對其「才能增進」皆具顯著的影響力。
This study is intended to explore the effectiveness evaluation of tribalmobile classroom training. A general census questionnaire survey isperformed on people attending tribal mobile classroom activities. 347 validquestionnaire copies are retrieved and analyzed with descriptive statistics.Independent samples t-tests, one-way analysis variance, Pearson productmomentanalysis and regression analysis are also employed to sort out andexamine the data. The outcome indicates that the satisfaction of peoplewith graduate-level education or higher with “qualifications of personnel” issignificantly higher than that of those receiving only elementary schooleducation. The satisfaction of non-aborigine people with “qualificationsof personnel,” “syllabus planning” and “proficiency improvements” issignificantly higher than that of the ones with aborigine status. In themeantime, the satisfaction of non-local residents with “proficiencyimprovements” is significantly higher than that of the ones who are localresidents. Positive correlations exist between “qualifications of personnel,”“syllabus planning” and “proficiency improvements” whereas “coursearrangement,” “course practicality,” “location arrangement,” “workingpersonnel’s attitude” and “instructors’ teaching techniques” have significantinfluence on “proficiency improvements.” |
