身體自我概念對於社會體型焦慮之影響

The Influences of the Perceived Evaluation of One's Physical Self on Social Physique Anxiety

本研究目的旨在提出一個概念模式，用以探討影響護理人員社會體型焦慮之因素。本研究結合運動參與程度、身體自我概念與社會體型焦慮等理論，以身體自我概念為中介變項，並假設一個理論模式來預測與解釋護理人員社會體型焦慮。本研究以雲林某區域教學之護理人員為調查對象，採自陳式問卷方式調查。發出200份問卷，回收有效問卷145份，有效回收率為72.5%。資料分析方法包括：描述性統計、信度分析、因素分析與結構方程模式（SEM），並採用SPSS及Smart PLS統計軟體進行分析。研究結果顯示：（1）運動參與程度對於身體自我概念呈現正向顯著相關；（2）運動參與程度與身體自我概念對於社會體型焦慮呈現顯著負向相關；（3）身體自我概念在運動參與程度與社會體型焦慮間具有顯著的中介效果。經由研究結果顯示，本研究所提出的模式適配度良好。研究結果可作為醫院人力資源管理部門制訂員工運動參與相關決策的參考。 The study developed a conceptual model to investigate the factors affecting nurses' social physique anxiety and the mediating role of their self-perceived physical appearance. We incorporated the degree of exercise participation, self-perceived physical description, and social physique anxiety to hypothesize a theoretical model to explain and predict nurses' social physique anxiety. Self-reporting questionnaires were distributed to a sample of regional hospitals in Yunlin, Taiwan. Of the 200 distributed questionnaires, we received 145 complete responses with a response rate of 72.5%, thereby verifying the validity and reliability of the scale. The data was analyzed using methods of statistical analysis, such as frequencies, means, reliability analysis, factor analysis, and path analysis with SPSS for Windows and SmartPLS. The following findings were observed: (1) The degree of exercise participation had a significant and direct relation to physical self-description. (2) The degree of exercise participation and physical self-description had a significant and inverse relation to social physique anxiety. (3) The physical self-description has a significant mediator relation to the relationship between the degree of exercise participation and social physique anxiety. After the analysis, the framework introduced through the study was deemed adequately suitable, thereby proving that the model and its findings are applicable and can be used as a reference to develop strategies for human resource management in hospitals in Taiwan to set guidelines for the degree of exercise participation of employees.
