Investigation of Lead and Cadnium Contents Extracted from the Ceramic and Porcelain Food Utensils

八十五年十二月至八十六年二月間抽購市售陶瓷類食品器具及容器共計107件，選購顏色特殊、花色鮮豔、帶金邊及表面凹凸不平滑之陶瓷類食品器具及容器，依據行政院衛生署公告“食品器具容器包裝衛生檢驗方法“檢驗，檢出有鉛成份者13件，檢出率12.1%，超過限量標準者5件，不合格率4.7%，鎘均未檢出。本調查係本局之比較檢驗，曾於八十六年四月二十八日發布新聞在案。

The survey investigated the dissolving contents of lead and cadmium in the food utensils from December 1996 to February 1997. The results showed that the lead contents of 13 out of the 107 samples (12.1%) were detectable, while 5 samples did not meet the sanitation standards. The cadmium contents of all samples were non-detectable.
