A total of 111 bean product samples were tested for the presence of hydrogen peroxide, sulfite and boric acid. This total sample consisted of 81 samples obtained from traditional markets and 30 samples were collected from supermarkets.The concluding results showed that positive rates of hydrogen peroxide, sulfite and boric acid were 33.3%, representing 37 samples, 1.8%, representing 2 samples and 1.8% representing 2 samples respectively. |
