Survey on the Food Color and Sulfite in Marketed Syrupy Fruits

本局於民國八十五年十二月間，自台北市超級市場抽購國產及進口包裝完整之各類蜜餞食品計58件，進行著色劑及亞硫酸鹽檢驗，著色劑檢驗結果均未檢出規定外之色素，亞硫酸鹽含量檢驗結果32件有檢出，其中2件超過殘留量標準，不合格率為3.4%。分別是國產之品味族蘇州梅，及未標示國別之蜂蜜蕃薯。將檢驗結果與產品標示做比對時，發現國產品有30件出現檢驗結果與標示不完全相符的情形，主要的原因是由於廠商使用之包裝袋不論何種蜜餞產品，其添加物之標示均相同所致。本調查係本局之比較檢驗，曾於八十六年三月七日發布新聞在案。

During December 1996, fifty-eight samples were obtained from a number of supermarkets in Taipei. These samples were tested to investigate the content of sulfite and food color that are added to marketed syrupy fruits as bleaching and coloring agents.The results concluded that coloring agents were detected in twenty-eight samples, sulfite was detected in thirty-two samples and two samples violated the hygienic regulation.
