Survey on Nitrosamines Content in Nipples

亞硝胺已被證實為重要的致癌物質，為了解市售嬰兒奶嘴中亞硝胺之現況，本計畫自民國八十六年八月至十月間於台北市、高雄市各百貨賣場、藥局及嬰兒用品店抽購不同品牌與材質之嬰兒奶嘴共計20件，參照行政院衛生署公告方法進行七種亞硝胺含量之檢測（N-nitrosodimethylamine, NDMA、N-nitrosodiethylamine, NDEA、N-nitrosodipropylamine, NDPA、N-nitrosodibutylamine, NDBA、N-nitrosopiperidine, NPIP、N-nitrosopyrrolidine, NPYR、N-nitrosomorpholine, NMOR）。檢驗結果發現20件嬰兒奶嘴中，2件檢出亞硝胺，其中1件不符衛生標準，不合格率為5.0%，相較以往之調查結果顯示市售嬰兒奶嘴之亞硝胺含量與不合格率有明顯下降的趨勢。本調查係本局之比較檢驗，曾於八十六年十一月二十二日發布新聞在案。"

Nitrosamines are important carcinogen and have been found in nipples. From August 1997 to October 1997, a total of 20 samples of nipples were obtained to investigate the content of Nitrosamines. The analysis process involved the use of a gas chromatography-thermal energy analyzer.The results concluded that 10% of the total samples, consisting of two samples, contained Nitrosamines. One sample representing 5.0% of the total samples violated the tolerance set by the Department of Health.
