When we discuss the tie between the “Party-Owned Enterprises” and Taiwan’s modern politics, the necessary existence of the “Party-Owned Enterprises” has become its severest problem. As many essays and papers have stated, we realize one of the reasons for establishing the “party-owned enterprises” is to protect the Kuomintang’s economic source. This article will focus on the study of Mitsutoyo Matsumoto and use historical documents to analyze the detail contents of the Kuomintang’s fiscal and financial affairs in Taiwan in the 1950s, furthermore, discussing the main reasons for the existence and the development of the “party-owned enterprises” in Taiwan. |
