樂齡者參與博物館志願服務與成功老化之研究

A Study of Senior Citizens' Volunteer Service at the Museum and Successful Aging

本研究旨在探討樂齡者參與博物館志願服務與成功老化之關聯，針對8位國立科學工藝博物館樂齡志願服務者（55歲以上）進行半結構訪談，所得資料經編碼、分析與歸納，獲得以下結論：一、樂齡者參與博物館志願服務動機包括自利與利他。二、樂齡者參與博物館志願服務經驗與收穫多元。三、樂齡志願服務者認同生理健康、心理調適、社會參與及其他方面有助其成功老化。四、樂齡者參與博物館志願服務有助於成功老化。依此結論而提出具體建議，俾利相關單位提升志願服務成效、組織服務品質暨因應高齡社會提出相關理論與實務之參考。

The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between senior citizens participating volunteer service at the museum and successful aging. Semi-structured interview was used in this study. The samples were consisted of eight senior citizen (over 55 years old) volunteers who serviced at National Science and Technology Museum. And then, the conclusions obtained by coding, analysis, and induction. The conclusions of this study are summarized as follows: 1)The motive of senior citizens' volunteer service at the museum includes self-interest and altruism. 2) Experiencing and harvesting of senior citizens' volunteer service at the museum are very plural .3) Senior citizen volunteers agree with physical health, psychological adjustment, social participation and others to achieve successful aging. 4) Senior citizens' volunteer service at the museum contributes to successful aging. In this study, we also provided suggestions to improve the effectiveness of volunteer service, organizational service quality, and put forward relevant theories and practices for aged society.
