Purpose:This study was to describe the ground reaction force(GRF), horizontal displacement and vertical velocity of body during first pull phase to second pull phase that lift different weight in snatch technique. Methods:Subjects included 5 elite weight lifters(3 male and 2 female). Three digital cameras (60Hz) and one force plate (500Hz) were capturing the motion and GRF of snatch lifts in 80%, 85% and 90% of personal optimum results. The horizontal displacement and vertical velocity of body was analysis by Arial Performance Analyze system, the GRF was measurement by Quatro Jump system. Results:When the weight of barbell was increase the GRF was increase, both in male and female subjects. In male subjects, the horizontal displacement of body was minimum in 85% weight lift and maximum in 80% weight lift. In female subjects, the horizontal displacement of body was minimum in 80% weight lift and maximum in 85% weight lift. In male subjects, the vertical velocity of body was faster in 80% weight lift and slower in 90% weight lift. In female subjects, the vertical velocity of body was faster in 80% and 90% weight lift. Conclusions:The range of GRF were 2.35 to 3.93 BW% which performed by male subjects, and 2.87 to 3.49 BW% which performed by female subjects. Whatever lifted which barbell weight, the horizontal displacement of body that performed by female subjects was larger than male subjects. |
