現代中醫學「心」說與自汗盜汗機理探析

(1)現代化中醫學心說的基本觀點是：心臟是一由血肉之心（心器官）和神明之心（大腦的意識活動）所構成的抽象之心，它具有主控意識、推動血液迴圈和促進汗液生成等功能，其的性狀和活動狀態常可反映於面部和舌處。(2)通過分析和某種形式的研究，筆者得出的自汗機理是：氣血虧虛或紊亂等可導致血液迴圈機能減弱或紊亂以及汗孔開放，進而使輻射等方式的散熱機能活動不能滿足日常活動時的散熱需要，故，稍有活動時人體就易出汗以參與散熱；盜汗機理是: 陰虛等時，機體的基礎代謝增強，產熱增加，水液不足，白天，由於人體可通過加強血液迴圈機能活動來增強散熱，故不會出汗，然而，夜晚，由於血液迴圈等機能活動處於休息狀態，故須以盜汗的方式來參於散熱。

The organ of heart and the brain conscious activity belong to the category of heart in TCM. The function of heart means consciousness controlling, circulation, and sweating and those symptoms could be reflected on patient's face and tongue. The personal hypothesis of spontaneous sweating is deficiency of qi and blood and opening of pore of sweat gland. The hypothesis of night sweating is rest of circulation at night due to yin-deficiency.
